At Aizena, we believe that the path to a pain-free morning shouldn't be a long wait. We work closely with our global logistics partners to ensure your orthopedic recovery tools reach your door as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During this time, we conduct a quality check on your pillow and prepare your package for secure transit.

2. Shipping Estimates
We are proud to offer some of the fastest shipping in the industry for specialized orthopedic equipment.

Standard Insured Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days after processing.

Total Delivery Time: Most customers receive their Aizena pillow within 7–11 total days from the moment of purchase.
3. Tracking Your Recovery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Your tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

You can track your package directly through our website or the link provided in your email.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. As a security-conscious brand, we cannot reroute packages once they have been handed over to the courier. Aizena is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at aizenashop@outlook.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and ensure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible.
