Unopened Products: If you change your mind, items that remain unopened, completely sealed, and in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations regarding ingestible food supplements, we cannot accept returns or issue standard refunds for products that have been unsealed, opened, or used, unless covered under our defective items policy below.
Faulty or Defective Items: We acknowledge that rare circumstances can happen during transit. If you encounter a product that is physically faulty, broken, or defective upon delivery, please reach out to our dedicated support team within 30 days of receipt. We are fully committed to resolving your concerns and will swiftly issue a refund or a free replacement for the damaged item.
Order Cancellations:
Because our fulfillment system is highly automated to route and process shipments immediately, order details are sent to our warehouse infrastructure almost instantly.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact our customer support email within 2 hours of placement. Cancellation requests received after this strict 2-hour window cannot be honored, as the package will already be in the processing and sorting pipeline. In these cases, the order will be delivered as scheduled, and you are welcome to return it to us unopened under our standard 30-day return window.
Customs Inspection & Seal Removal:
In rare instances during international transit, local customs authorities may open a package for random security inspection and remove the protective outer shipping seal. If your order has been inspected by customs and arrives with a broken outer transit seal, Aizena™ is not liable for a financial refund. Instead, we will gladly ship you a brand-new, complimentary replacement order within 1 to 2 business days once sufficient photographic evidence of the customs inspection marking or packaging is provided to our support team.
Free Replacement Policy
Please note that Aizena™ does not offer free replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or severely damaged during final local delivery unless the customer explicitly selects and purchases Insured Premium Shipping during the checkout process.
To ensure your wellness investment is fully protected against sorting facility errors, courier mishaps, or transit damage, we highly recommend selecting the insured shipping option at checkout. Without the activation of Insured Shipping, our storefront is unable to absorb carrier-related liabilities or offer free replacements for items lost or mishandled by regional postal networks.
